Task manager Sans menu bar. Any ideas ?

Ok, firstly thanks for taking the time to read this. Ever since a few days ago The taskmanager has been coming up without the menu bar along the top. I used to run it allmost consistently at startup to end the process of dumprep.exe as it was causing problems. I have resolved the problem with dumprep but now any time I need to use task manager I can only acess the processes screen, as you can see in the screenshot below.
I cannot think of any major changes to my systyem that I have made to cause this, apart from turning error reports off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the board Silver_Foxx. Double click anywhere on the border. That will give you your tabs back. Microsoft calls what you have "Tiny Footprint".
