XP Prof Build No.

I am using a Microsoft select XP prof CD to build an image for deployment (along with XP SP1) and we are intending to use Windows PE to assist us with this (in conjunction with RIS) The problem I have is that the copy of Windows PE that we obtain from Microsoft must match the build no. of the XP Prof image we already have created. How can I find out what build no. I have?

Right-click Start > Explore. At the top of the window click Help > "About Windows". You will see the build number.

or u could go to the run command box and type in winver
