Wireless Link Transfer Image

Dear All,
I have windows XP, loaded on a P4 with 512MB RAM. Installed Nokia PC Suite 5.7 and have a SigmaTel IrDA Dongle connected via USB port. Whenever I activate IR on my Nokia 7250i, the wireless link application (irftp.exe), finds the phone before the Nokia Connection Manager. How can I remove the irftp.exe (Wireless Link Application) from starting up before my nokia connection manager finds the phone.
The method of stopping wireless link from detecting other computers on wireless link have been unchecked. The method has been given on the windows XP site. But this does not stop the wirelees link from being activated before the nokia connection manager finds the phone.
