Exclamation Help Me Fast!!!!!!!

im trying to uninstall Perfect Disk 6.0 but i wont let me. so i try a system restore and still doesnt work. every F***ing time i restart my PC and loads. it says windows installer please wait. i cant remove the PROGRAM. PLEASE HELP ME.
I DONT WANT TO REFORMAT!!!!!!!!.

Have you done a low level partian (I think thats what its called). You can usually find the program on the disk that came with your hard drive.

Do you have the original software that came with your hard-drive? Maxtor uses "maxblast" seagate has theres set of software tool. If you boot up your PC and go into your bios and select your PC to load fromt he CD-rom first and then put the cd rom that came with your harddrive in the rom drive save and exit bios and hit Ctrl+alt+del. Let the software load and fallow along and select the drive you want to format. It really is simple.....well simpler then posting in a forum......lol
