dialup into winxp and share internet

i have a computer that has a modem and cannot have a network card. How can i get it to dial directly into my winxp computer and shre the internet connection?

Which machine is going to share the Internet connection, the Old one or Windows XP ? does Windows XP machine has Internet connection ?

yeah the xp has the internet and i am trying to get the other one to use the xp as a server for the internet.

if the old computer has a usb port you can get a usb 10/100 nic . just plug it into a usb, connect a network cable and it will be good to go. if you dont have usb, make a serial connection, most everything still has serial ports, they are a little slow, but they work.
