Windows XP PRO SP1 hanging
My XP pro has started hanging for like a second every so often for no reason today.

I have restarted, defragged, error check, reg scanned and virus scanned and found nothing or nothing has rectified the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions.

No i didnt try that, forgot all about it.

I havent actually tried running ad-aware or spybot S&D or shredder, i think i will give it ago then run system restore.
