Cannot Access Backed Up files

Hello, I recently backed up my whole c: drive onto another partion on my hard drive and reinstalled XP home. After running the backup utility to restore my backup I am unable to access any files that belonged to my administrative user login. (i.e. my documents etc.)

All of the program files went to the right spots, and I can see "Owner" in Documents and Settings, but It says access is denied.

Any Help would Be Greatly Appreciated.
