lost application - despirate need for help!!

I was filling out a job application online. it was a basic forum in internet explorer. i am using windows xp. this forum was all filled out, but then i left my computer for a minute and someone closed the forum before i could submit it. i need this back despirately! does anyone have any suggestions or any helpful tips to help me get this forum filled out? this was so important i really ned it back

Can you find the website via the 'history' button?

yes, i have the page up in the history but all of the stuff that i typed in are gone. i need this back.. is there any hope?

Nope. Once the page times out or closes all is lost. I've had that happen with web based email. Type out a long message, click on send, and get a "page has timed out" error and all my hard work is gone.
