OEM for XP Pro
I read that OEM for xp pro can be used as an update and not just a full install.
i want to upgrade to pro, but on my laptop i am weary of anything but an upgrade. does anyone have and thoughts or advice for me here?
thanks,

You could save all your important info & do a clean install with the OEM.
