How Do I Change The Start Menu's Name??

how in the F-BEEP!!!?

i hate the start menu! what exactly are we starting?? absolutely nohing!! we're opening up a menu to programs usually slammed on our desktop!!

i would like to rename it.

but dont know how
. lol

if someone could tell me how to change the name of the start menu or gimme a link to such a program that does so, it would be very much appreciated!!
