Windows XP changes shortcut names back to default !

I have a Windows XP Pro installation, and it is up and running fine for the past 3 months...

My version is dutch, wich is very nice, but all shortcuts get long names. For instance My Computer = Deze Computer. Mijn Netwerklocaties = Local Area Network. Internet Explorer = Well that is clear I think...

Anyway I changed the names. I changed them to COMP - LAN - NET respectively...

It always was like that since I changed it.
Now I installed the newest nvidia driver, and after rebooting the names are back to the default values !!
I changed them, but after logging off and on again, or a reboot they are AGAIN set as default...

Can anyone help me solve this problem ?

you got to find on "nvidia" site that what they have done with the latest driver and what does it change and why.....
