Question Startup error

I'm running XP Home edition. When I boot up I get the following message "Run a dll as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close." When I click for more information I get the following message: "Error signature. AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer 5.1.2600.0 ModName: msg120.cpy.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 00017514."

Any ideas as to how to correct this problem?
