Question Startup Error Message

Hp Pavilion 5200 Laptop
Windows XP Home edition
Norton Internet Security Firewall

When I boot up I get the following message:
"Run a dll as an App has encourntered a problem and needs to close."

I click for more information and get the following message:

Error Signature
AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer 5.1.2600.0
ModName: msg120.cpy.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00017514

I click to close out the message and Windows completes the boot up and everything seems fine.

Any ideas on how to take care of this problem?

Johnny
