ERROR: "unable to create instance of required object"

I upgraded from Windows Me to XP on this machine and whenever I try to right-click and choose "send to" or try
to drag to copy to a new location I get this message:

"unable to create instance of required object:Server Admin"

It would thne close down all the IE windows and generate the
error message to be sent to Microsoft popup.

I'm loogged in as 'administrator' level in each case.

I did the same upgrade on another machine and this doens't
happen.

Any help will be appreciated.
