What is JSP?
Java Server Pages. A Sun Microsystems technology, JSP is a scripted language that is compiled on the server rather than in the user’s Web browser. JSP is based on the Java programming language and is used for building dynamic, database driven Web sites. Similar to PHP and ASP, all the code in a JSP page is processed by the Web server and then send to the user.
