To alter the time increments in the Daily view schedule, click on View, Calendar Preferences and choose an appropriate increment value.

In Sync
It is extremely simple to update a copy of your Organizer file. you can merge the changes made on one document into another. click on File > Open to open the target file. now click on File > Merge and open the source file. Select the appropriate options and click on Merge to execute.

Drag-and-Drop Dexterity
You can use the Drag and Drop functionality by dragging the entries within Organizer onto the Toolbox and drop them onto the clipboard, printer or the phone icons to copy, print or to dial the entry.

Customize your screen
To personalize your Organizer screen, click on Selection > Customize. Click on the book tab and choose the color for your binder. You can also choose a Picture from the Sections tab.
