Easy sendto menu
This one is super easy,
first open
X:\Documents and Settings\username\SendTo\ (it is hidden)
where X is your drive letter and username is your username
make and delete shortcuts to folders at will

    the floppy is still in the manu after the sendto folder is empty

    Elementary - but how do you really get rid of the stuff you don't want that is not in this directory.

    To delete them right click and select delete OR select and hold shift while pressing the delete button on your keyboard. NOTE: The Shift-Delete method deletes the file for good. NO recycle bin. (Well, it's not really forever, but I don't wanna get into that.
