Clear Unwanted Entries from Add/Remove Programs
Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall, and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."

    The entry isn't in my registry, but is still in my add/remove file.

    My rating was supposed to be a 5!! It came out as a 3. If there is any way to change that, it would be great. I had said: (something about being just as described) and- Short and sweet!!

    removes UNINSTALL options and chanes graphics but item still in list?

    Like a previous commenter, the entry I'm interested in isn't in my registry either, but still appears in my Add/Remove Programmes listing
