It doesnt work, for some reason, the dll is automatically re-registered by explorer on the next login.

Why don't you tell us how to unregister the file zipfldr.dll?

just works. Author missed "Start -> Run -> " before this "regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll". some users may not have a clue what to do with this command-line code ;)
