Use the group policy tool to restrict account

 Please note it is not available in XP Home version, only in XP Pro.

Click Start and select Run
Type gpedit.msc in the text box and click on OK.
The group policy editor will load.  Navigate through the folders and you will discover hundreds of items that you can limit access to and control.

    This is a good tip, but i thought i would find some more info about this tool. Something like how to apply diferent group policies to different accounts and all sort of things.
