winipcfg for Windows XP

here's the link: http://microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/wntipcfg-o.asp

once you download it and install it (the default is c:\program files\resource kit\ ) copy wntipcfg.exe to c:\windows and rename it to winipcfg.exe Now you can just click on run, then you type in "winipcfg" just like the good old days =)

    the link is outdated.. i believe the current one is here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=00A974B4-0BFA-4065-8081-BBAEBF2A5CB6 it does work on xp but it wasn't as effective as in earlier versions of windows (imo)

    Just copy wntipcfg.exe from its install directory ( c:programfiles/resourcekit ) to desktop in XP and it works for me OK.

    Are you joking? From Start>Run>cmd type ipconfig /all or if you want the options, ipconfig /? Doh!!!

    May 2010, to get the file wntipcfg.exe Go to Microsoft Search: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?familyId=00a974b4-0bfa-4065-8081-bbaebf2a5cb6&displayLang=en Then rename it and relocate it.....

    Great, great solution to the question. Dumbass comments below indicate people don't know how to search a website. Yes, the link is outdates. Yes, I found it at the parent site.
