Remove Recycle Bin

Open regedit and browse to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel

Change the value for {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} to 1

Make sure you backup the registry before making changes.

    I didn't have a key called "645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E" (and adding one didn't help).

    I tried again. Adding it did help (this time I copy-pasted, and copied the {} too).

    To remove Reclybin from desktop Just do this goto RUN type GPEDIT.MSC in it USER CONFIGURATION then ADMINISTRATOR TEMPLETE THEN CLICK ON DESKTOP in it there may be a sixth option REMOVE RECYLBIN ,,,,,,,,,,,ENABLE IT & see
