To make shortcut to every settings on your computer.

Create a folder with the following name:

It can be anything.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Please note there are no new settings or features, it only lists all options  in a single page.

    Master Control Panel (alias: "Godmode" For Vista and Windows 7 64Bit, instead just make a shortcut to: explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} Or you can just as easily shortcut to the existing area in your profile: C:UsersDesktopMaster Control.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
